父亲再婚然后还有两个未成年子女现在， 但是我的工资前三年不够申请他们四个人一起的。够申请加上我family size4个人的收入。我可以只申请我父亲移民吗？然后他再申请团聚？移民局会纠结为什么我只申请一个人过来吗？多谢。

因为你父亲再婚了，他的整个家庭(含未成年子女)共4人，加上你一家4口，共8人

对的。和来不来没关系，担保收入都是按8口人算的。CIC就是怕你先担保父亲来，你父亲再申请家庭团聚，那个是不太要求收入的。
