喜欢多伦多，中西合璧，享受两种生活。收入不够也申请是为了什么？故意捣蛋？点击展开...每年都是这样，2016年抽签时第一轮的材料10000个里面都不到2000个满足收入，后来每年都搞第二轮。今年所以第一轮放了27000个就是因为水货太多。没有任何惩罚机制。
