加拿大移民局官网对于所需文件的要求好像很详细。所以我想请教已经递交了申请的朋友解答下到底是什么要求。以我们夫妻二人共同担保公婆为例,根据CIC的GUIDE和CHECKLIST,需要提供的文件为:1. 父母护照复印件(因为是中英文双语,故只需简单复印即可)2. 父母结婚证原件Certified true copy,结婚证公证(不是结婚公证?)中英文3. 父母2人每人2张照片4. 本人公民卡/护照复印件5. 本人出生公证中英文(移民时办的,没有生公证,只有出生公证)6. 本人结婚证原件Certified true copy,结婚证公证中英文比较疑惑的是2,5,6。对于2需要在国内由父母办理,有人说要《结婚证公证》不是《结婚公证》,请问国内结婚证公证是否已经带有原件的Certified true copy?对于 5 和 6 因为当时我办移民时各办理了多份有剩余,现在是否可以直接用了?如果不行,出生证实在没办法了,结婚证倒是有原件,还需要去做翻译再公证?还是只要注册翻译师的翻译即可?希望办过的朋友能解答下,谢谢了!

以下是CIC对非英法语文件的要求:Translation of documentsYou must send the following for any document that is not in English or French, unlessotherwise stated on your document checklist:• the English or French translation; and• an affidavit from the person who completed the translation (see below for details);and• a certified copy of the original document.Translations may be done by a person who is fluent in both languages (English or Frenchand the unofficial language).If the translation isn’t done by a member in good standing of a provincial or territorialorganization of translators and interpreters in Canada, you must submit an affidavitswearing to the accuracy of the translation and the language proficiency of the translator.A certified translator will provide both a certified translation and certified copies of theoriginal documents.The affidavit must be sworn in the presence of:In Canada:• a notary public• a commissioner of oaths• a commissioner of taking affidavitsAuthority to certify varies by province and territory. Consult your local provincial orterritorial authorities.Outside of Canada:• a notary publicAuthority to administer oaths varies by country. Consult your local authorities.Important information: Translations must not be done by the applicants themselvesnor by members of the applicant’s family.
