如题：我们家的房子现在能做房产证的属于单位分的房子，现在市面价值很高，但是房产证上的写的钱数才值几万，而买的房子还没有拿到房产证。怎么办呢？如果直接给单位的房产证是不是要做个什么证明现在的价值呢？谢谢啦！！！！

回复: 请教：父母探亲作证明时，房产证如何做？I think the value of the property is not very important. It is just to approve that your parent own a property to live in China. This will make the officer think they will not stay in Canada afterwards. There are a lot of people don't have any property under their names but still got visa.You still can use bank statement, your parents' salaries to approved that they have enough fund to stay in Canada for few months.For this property certificate, you can just add it with English translation to the application package. It's my personal thinking. Please do your research.

回复: 请教：父母探亲作证明时，房产证如何做？不用那么麻烦，不是看你市值多少钱？主要看国内有没有牵制你回来的条件。你复印然后翻译就行。另外买的还没有房产证的，把合同发票复印，能证明你已经买了房子的一切材料复印一下，主要能说明问题的要翻译。希望能帮到你。
