在加拿大
如题，本人急求CIC的电话号码，我在欧洲，急需询问签证事宜。谢谢另外，有谁知道留学签证获签后，如果要换学校，是否需要从新申请啊，我申请时用的是滑铁卢的offer ，但目前，我想去皇后大学了。因为我们在欧洲，发信去罗马的使馆问这个问题的时候，被告知如果申请时的offer和实际去加拿大读书的学校不一致的话，需要重新申请学习许可，但中国方面的说法是可以入境，只要入境时和入境官解释一下即可，所以非常迷茫，跪求有经验的告知，跪求有电话的也及时告知，叩谢啦

可以换学校。If you are a post-secondary student with a valid study permit, you can transfer between programs of study and institutions, without applying to Citizenship and Immigration Canada for a change to the conditions of your study permit.
