在加拿大
我是一个老人，我和老伴在11年初申请了入籍，文件寄出后，很快在2月份就收到了确认信，信的右上角有Client ID和Receipt Number。并寄来一份考试复习资料，但是我们都已经67岁了，不用考了。后来在大约7月收到一封信，要求在一份文件上更正签名（因为我们的疏忽在文件和相片上的签名用得不同，既分别用中文和英文），我们很快就更正了并寄出。现在已经是十月份了，音讯全无。更麻烦的时我们的枫叶卡已经过期了，我们准备在明年一月去美国登游轮旅游，手上的中国护照和美签都是有的，但返回加拿大时枫叶卡过期就成问题了。更有点麻烦的是，不知道为什么我上CIC查询，居然登录不进去，在登录页面，用Client ID和Receipt Number都试了，就是不行。请各位朋友告诉我原因，想打电话我的英语又不好，真不知道怎么办了。

We sent you a letter acknowledging receipt of your application(s), and a study book called A Look at Canada on December 13, 2010. Please consider delays in mail delivery before contacting us. We started processing your application on June 20, 2011. We sent you a letter on June 21, 2011 to XX Delphinium Ave, Richmond Hill, Ontario, Canada,XXX XXX. If you have not yet provided the information or the requested documents, please do so as soon as possible. Please wait until you receive the letter before sending us additional information, as the letter will outline all information that is required. Please consider delays in mail delivery before contacting us. If we have sent the letter to the wrong address, please contact us. Your file was transferred to the Scarborough Citizenship Operations office on August 15, 2011. The Scarborough Citizenship Operations office will contact you if additional information is required. After all the necessary checks on your file are complete, the Scarborough Citizenship Operations office will send you a letter asking you to appear at the local office for an appointment to review your original documents, for example, personal identification, immigration documents, passport, etc. You will not have to write the citizenship test.
