请教 持有效签证+剪角旧护照+新护照可否进入加拿大?我在加留学,目前回国过年,因为护照7月即将过期,想在国内更换,而有效出入境签证和学习许可在旧护照上,公安局剪角后会还给我.持有效签证+剪角旧护照+新护照可否进入加拿大? 谢谢！

回复: 请教 持有效签证+剪角旧护照+新护照可否进入加拿大?问北京使馆签证处吧。我印象里签证必须在有效护照上才有效的。你老护照作废了，正常手续要换签证的。以使馆的要求为准吧，打个电话问他们，不行跑一趟。

感谢生命中的一切人和事，无论好与坏，无论对与错，无论爱与恨，施予的都是收获 哦，是这样阿，谢谢解答！那么，是不是在签证有效期内就肯定可以入境呢？比如，离签证有效期还有一周时入境可以吗？点击展开...这个没有硬性规定，看情况，比如你是在加拿大学习或者工作，移民官会看你的study permit or work permit. 如果很快要过期的话，有可能会让你提供school letter or employment letter 来证明你没有结束学习或结束雇佣关系，你进入加拿大之后会申请延期。 但最好不要卡着天数来，因为移民要求你至少提前30天申请签证，如果不是的话，有可能会对你有惩罚措施。
