在说明书第4页下面，写到Make a copy of both sides of the card and includeit with your application.但在第6页下面又写Submit only the forms and the proof of payment. If you send any additional documents, they will be sent back to you. 真不知该如何是好，各位移友怎么办啊？

我昨天和家园的一位同学也讨论了，他说有人去信香港使馆问了，对方说要附复印件的，所以我决定附复印件，毕竟只有一张纸而已嘛。
