Do not submit any supporting documents. They will be returned to you. If you do not qualify for the simplified application process, you may then apply under the regular process. Follow the "Visa Office-specific instructions" below and use the relevant forms found on this page. Your application must include all required documentation. Incomplete applications will be returned and a file will not be created until a complete application has been received. 是不是说明还可以按旧程序递交呢？
