加拿大华人论坛 加拿大留学移民退表，有两小问题请教

收到退表，22项没有写接受教育年限。用彩笔highlight起来。 23项第二外语我勾英语，在下面的法语框框里我全部打None,没有Highlight, does that mean it is acceptable? One more question, I found two different payment forms on the CIC website as attached. The one I used before is version 11/05/2006, on comment in this return too. Is it more suitable to use another one which header is "Payment authorization statement" under the new process? Thanks buddies....
