最近有个朋友也在关注移民，他学历方面的问题是： 自考大专他2年就考完了，按道理讲是很厉害的。而很多人都3年才自考完成，但对于他，学习时间只能算2年对么？更糟糕的是，当时的自考机构已经倒闭，现在只有自考证书和成绩单在手上，从成绩单上看他2年就考完了所有的考试。而由于自考机构不存在了，也无法开具相应的学时证明。由于他当时的小学5年制的，结果他的教育时间就成为：5＋3＋3＋2＝13年 短于20/22分的学时要求。 而他也拿到了加拿大某大学在中国与国内一组织合办的MBA课程，并拿到MBA学位。是在职读的，大概1年多就通过考试拿到学位了。可据说国外大学文凭在国内是无法作清华认证的。 到底应该怎么办呢？对于他来说，如果拿不到20分，岂不不能移民？又或者他能拿到教育22（按大专来算）或者如果幸运的话拿到25才能够分数的？请老筒子么指教！

For 13 years of education, he may get a 15 points. If the VO is generous. he may get a 20 points.
