看到别人接到FN号很快，23号给使馆去信，问一下原因，今天刚接到使馆回信，效率很快，可是他们说的和做的两回事。下面是使馆原文If you have sent us an EMS or other registered mail and would like confirmation that it has arrived you must contact your postal service. Our office is unable to provide confirmation for each document delivered.For mail in applications it may be 3-4 weeks before an applicant hears from us.During this time we ask that you be patient. 35 $0.00 我是11月6号EMS，8号查询EMS使馆已签收，按大家提供的信息，应该收到FN号了，不知道是出了什么问题，一开始就这么不顺利，真不知道以后还会出什么问题。我没有接到使馆电话，楼上真幸福，最起码知道是出了什么问题。
