有些问题请教各位我在国内的工作经验就不想用了，因为在美国工作快三年了，不想麻烦国内的朋友了。麻烦的是我前两分工作都不够一年，分别只有9个和十个月。现在的公司正在办绿卡，所以又不想让公司知道偶办加拿大移民，要开那个用公司盖章密封的信好像找不到合适的理由开。想我现在的情况是不是可以不提供现在的reference letter? 把前面两个工作的reference letter搞来就行了?If you cannot provide a reference from your current employer, provide a written explanation. 这个怎么办？谢谢各位的帮助在mitbbs，wenxue上问没一个回答，郁闷7. 回复: 终于找到组织了，在德州，想办加拿大移民找一个跟你很好的同事 来写recommendation。最好职位比你稍高。不够12个月应该不可以，所以最好还是找一找你在国内的工作经验。
