My file number was issued on March 7, 2007, which is surely involved in the S2 Programme. After specifying my status a Wenchuan Earthquake-affected applicant to the consulate general of Canada in HongKong through E-mail last week, I received a reply asking for materials this morning. I think such an active humanitarian attitude toward Chinese applicants, particularly those who sufferred a lot in quake zone, could ease, to some extent, the anxiety and concern of prospective immigrants on mainland China.
