我5月21日pl，女儿6.16出生。在此期间多次给使馆发信，email通知家庭成员变化及要求寄补料list。至今均未有回信。取签deadline7.21请问：没有使馆的补料通知，我主动补料，是否可以？ 寄出补料信，使馆签收后，如果没有使馆回复的话，是否可以不用去取签？恳请各位达人指教

Just go have your baby daughter's birth certificate notarized and then EMS to HK together with application fees, make it quick. There might be some sort of form to be finished, but I don't know what, 'cause I had my agent taking care of things.评论
