我现在美国学习. 前些时间刚拿到加拿大移民签证 (递交北京使馆), 但是种种原因, 没有去登陆, 只能重新申请, 我不知道该申请哪里比较快? 请指点, 谢谢!

I was too careless to miss thelanding date after getting the immigrant visa! I looked thewrong date: it shows the expiration date for the landing is10/3/2008, so I thought it should be on October 3rd, but actually it is on March 10th. So it's too late when I noticedmy misktake! I have to reapply again according to the Canadian Embassy in Beijing. I was wondering to where I should apply again:still apply to Beijing Embassy, or the Canadian Embassy in Bufflo? Which one could be more faster and convenient? I would greatly appreciate if you or other friends give me suggestions/advice!!
