When they have verified your completed application, they will send you a letter to tell you what you need to do and what happens next. Your application will always be processed according to the rules in place when you applied.

Your application will always be processed according to the rules in place when you applied.点击展开...不要断章取义。那个文件的开头一段要仔细看看。 the rules in place when you applied要好好理解下rules,acts, laws,regulars...这些词不是乱用的。process和assess也是不一样的。227新政是一项法律，是经过什么国会啥的指定的。而雅思标准跟227新政不是一个等级的。
