反馈:MayTheFlower 2008-12-01#3 J 366 $0.00 回复: 高校（职校）教师职业热议――欢迎讨论加拿大招这些国外的教师，教授去，他们如果没有再进修，几乎是没有可能再在加拿大从事教学任务的，因为加拿大大学教师一定要有加拿大，美国（或西欧的，很少量）博士学位，加拿大College的教师一定要有加拿大，美国硕士学位或以上。另外教师对英语语言要求很高，国人英语一般很难胜任。加拿大制定这种政策应该会知道这些人很多最后会改行的，甚至终身打雷波工，不知道为什么还要制定这种政策。其实加拿大本身的博士生能为了进大学教书都竞争很厉害了，供应量也很充足，没需要再招国外的非英语母语的教授的。加拿大找些高教育水平的人，然后没有适合的工作给他们，许多人最后去打工或艰辛读书改行，其实是一种罪过。评论

赏 1. 国内教授不排除许多已经有在国外留学、访问学者、博士后等的经验，后两者已经算是工作经验了，也是工作能力的一种证明了。这些人去了一定能适应，语言也都没问题了，说不定job offer都能拿到。如果想去，“紧缺”大门又打开，为什么不可以？ 2. 学术或英文水平差一些的在国外经过一定学习和培训，也未必不能去高校担任相关职务。也可以进入公司，也可以改行。因为教授只是他们的“职业”，而非“专业”。有技术也可以去做工程师、技术人员啊。 3. 语言关：只要是没有国外工作学习背景的人，都会遇到。岂止教授？ 4. 改行：有多少人去做本行的？岂止教授？点击展开...国人的英语是很大的问题，就是有经过留学，要做教授，还是很多不行的。 那些国外留些过的，拿到国外博士学位的，然后回国当教授，职位收入都会很不错，是既得利益者，年龄估计也不会小了，那些人估计是不会再考虑移民的，如果要移民，在国外留学时就会办了。 加拿大要求这样，对将来的移民是大材小用，估计很多未来高水准移民会对加拿大抱怨更多，不过不这样，职业条件过低，也很难将申请人数降下来，这样做也可以理解。
