Category 3: For students or workers who are legally residing in Canada, and have done so for at least 12 months immediately before submitting their application.请问，譬如我去年十月底抵加，目前在学esl。呆够12个月的意思是，必须由学校证明上了12个月的课？ 还是不用提供什么证明，只要在这边呆12个月就行？因为下学期（5月份）的esl我不打算上了，想自己看书去考个雅思或托福。如果这样到今年11月还算不算这个：who are legally residing in Canada, and have done so for at least 12 months immediately before submitting their application.？
