[FONT=宋体]加拿大北电网络出售无线业务百年巨人倒下[/FONT][FONT=宋体]多伦多信息港[/FONT]([FONT=宋体]记者季翔报道[/FONT])[FONT=宋体]：诺基亚西门子网络（[/FONT]Nokia Siemens Networks[FONT=宋体]）周六宣布将以[/FONT]6.5[FONT=宋体]亿元收购加拿大北电网络[/FONT](Nortel Networks)[FONT=宋体]的无线业务。这家陷入破产保护，有着[/FONT]127[FONT=宋体]年历史的电信设备巨头最终倒下，其剩余资产的出售谈判正在进行中。[/FONT]​[FONT=宋体]芬兰和德国合资组建的诺基亚西门子公司表示将收购北电的[/FONT]LTE[FONT=宋体]和[/FONT]CDMA[FONT=宋体]资产，并称这将是加强其在[/FONT]LTE[FONT=宋体]无线技术[/FONT]“[FONT=宋体]领导地位[/FONT]”[FONT=宋体]的重要一步。[/FONT] [FONT=宋体]加拿大政府所有的出口信贷公司[/FONT]Export Development Canada[FONT=宋体]将为这笔收购案提供[/FONT]3[FONT=宋体]亿元的贷款担保。[/FONT]​[FONT=宋体]根据收购案，北电的[/FONT]2500[FONT=宋体]名员工[/FONT]([FONT=宋体]大部分在加拿大和美国[/FONT])[FONT=宋体]将被转移到诺基亚西门子网络。总部设在多伦多的北电网络今年第一季度财报显示，其收入较[/FONT]2008[FONT=宋体]年减少[/FONT]37%[FONT=宋体]，至[/FONT]17[FONT=宋体]亿元，净亏损[/FONT]5.07[FONT=宋体]亿美元。[/FONT]​[FONT=宋体]北电网络的顾客，包括加拿大电信巨头贝尔公司[/FONT](Bell)[FONT=宋体]都对收购案表示欢迎，称这将能延续北电的研发部门。[/FONT]​
