回复: 想退款，收到这样的信后怎么办？这封信的意思大概是这样的：你写信给了北京或香港等地的大使馆或领事馆要求退款，大使馆或领事馆通知你说，你的移民资料已经转到加拿大悉尼去复审了，有什么事情（包括要求退款等）请你直接与悉尼的办公室联系。

回复: 想退款，收到这样的信后怎么办？我直接发信去申请退款可以吧。。。点击展开...这个是可以的。这里有关于退款的一点信息： If you applied on or after February 27, 2008, and your application is not eligible for processing, you will get a full refund. If your application is processed and it is refused, you will not get a refund.
