回复: 关于227新政， 请问Senior System Engineer符合38项职业的 IT系统经理吗明显不符合.但总有童鞋喜欢强调"不看title, 只看main duties",虽然也正确, 但是, "title不符合, 但main duties非常符合"的情况, 可以说是小概率事件, 一般情况下可以忽略不计了.而且, 如果根据main duties来往IT Mgr上面靠, 这也隐含了本贴的答案:就是Engineer(不管多senior)都不符合, 只有Mgr符合, 否则, 如果Sr.Eng符合的话, 那又何必盯着Mgr的duties去靠呢?
