There is no evidence that the applicants among the 38 occupations who applied after Feb.27th,2008 are better than those applied before them. What the most of applicants who applied before Feb.27th,2008 asks for is to have a fair play. Now, after years of delay, it seems like the CIC finally will give them an opportunity playing fair and square. That's why they are so exciting.
