S2补料中，关于开无刑证明有如下疑问，请筒子们看看，地点在北京。 现在户口在北京，档案在北京。问了一个公证处，说开未刑证明，先拿公证处表格去户口所在地派出所或档案存放人事单位填好盖章，再做公证。 请问：1. S2补料只需要给使馆那个未刑公证书原件就可以吗？还要不要派出所或人事部门的原件，或复印件？看到补料信里一再提police原件，有些惴惴然不确定。 2. 既然派出所和人事部门都可以出无刑证明，有什么区别吗？我问了问，单位人事部门的好办一些，就不经过派出所了，可以吗？ 请帮忙回答一下啊，谢谢大家。鲜花声望的伺候！

...回复: 求助：关于无刑证明的疑问1. S2补料只需要给使馆那个未刑公证书原件就可以吗？的确是这样，可以了，因为未刑公证书是由单位人事的未罪证明或者派出所的未罪证明交换来的，只有上交未罪证明才会得到未刑公证书。2.可以不经过派出所，公证处可以根据人事的未罪证明开具未刑公证书的。

回复: 求助：关于无刑证明的疑问这个问题其实一直困扰到我现在，我当初的解决方法是托派出所开出了2份无刑证明，一份给公证处出公证。然后把原件和公证件一起交上去了。公证到底能不能当原件，我现在也不知道。档案所在地的确可以开出无刑证明，就看他们愿不愿意开了。反正管理很混乱，只要有部门肯出证明，公证处就给出公证，请记住一定让公证处提供直接公证，不是间接公证。
