Hi Everyone,I applied on 14th July 2010 to CIO Canada, after the new rules applied, My Category was Biologist, My IELTS score was 7, having 12 years industry experience.I submitted my Orignal Educational Documents, Original IELTS, Original Appointment letter, Original Police certificate,Payslips as well as all the supporting documents mentioned in the Check list as well as country specific forms.Today I recieved a letter from the CIO sydney that my application cannot be processed at this time as the category I applied for is filled (CAP reached), The letter does not have anything more, I mean NO Further explanation, as well as they have returned my processing fees.
