这两天才在EG7000里面看到这段； Any document that is not in English or French must be accompanied by: 。the English or French translation; and 。an affidavit from the person who completed the translation; and 。a certified copy of the document. 个人理解是任何非英文法文的文件，都需要提供3样东西: 。英文翻译; 。翻译人的宣誓书;（例如：The translator has sworn that the contents of their translation are a true translation and representation of the contents of the original document） 。认证的拷贝（即a copy with the similar words as " I certify that this is a true copy of the original document..." 我不确定自己的理解是否正确？ 我看我之前做的公证书里面都只有“英文翻译”和“认证的拷贝”这2样，没有“翻译人的宣誓书”。 大家的公证书都是啥样的？

回复: 大家做的公证里面都包含“affidavit ”？中国没有AFFIDAVIT这么一说，所以在翻译公正的最后一页有这么一项就是“I certify that this is a true copy of the original document” 等于说官方翻译了。如果是私人翻译，就需要AFFIDAVIT。
