加拿大华人论坛 加拿大留学移民请问退料邮件要用多长时间？

8月22号左右签收的1122，收到信说11月9日退回了。到现在还没收到。请问大概需要多长时间收到？里面的公证材料、雅思花了几千呢。谢谢Dear Sir/Madam,Please be advised that your application was returned with all attachments on 09 November 2011 as the cap of NOC 1122 has been reached. Please note: all returned applications are sent via regular mail to the mailing address as entered on the application form. There is no tracking number.
