一岁宝宝（中国国籍，加拿大PR），父母也是PR（已有10年美签并有入境美国记录）。请问现在加拿大境内申请10年的美签可以通过吗？是不是得等到中美关系缓和一些再申请谢谢！

In case one parent is unable to attend the visa interview, the absent parent should provide a letter to the other parent (who is going to attend the interview) that states that they have no objection to the child’s application for a U.S. visa. The consulate does not permit interested parties, such as friends, relatives, or business contacts, to intervene on behalf of a nonimmigrant visa applicant during an interview.
