加拿大华人论坛 加拿大留学移民大神们，Ecopr一直不下来，我该怎么办？

我7月18号收到了portal #2 email，我当天晚上上传了照片和地址，到今天26还是没有ecopr。我配偶在境外，7月16号收到ircc邮件，需要寄护照。
这是部分内容：
The processing of your application for permanent residence in Canada is almost complete. Please note that this letter pertains to your overseas dependent(s). Passport(s) for dependent(s) should be submitted within 30 days after you, the primary applicant has received the confirmation of permanent residence status. If for any reason you are not able to meet this deadline, please inform the Vancouver office immediately by email to: [email protected] with details concerning your situation. As the primary applicant, you will be contacted separately by your local IRCC office in regard to your landing appointment.
意思是没有ecopr我配偶就不能寄护照吗？还是说即使我没有拿到ecopr我能不能让我配偶尝试先寄过去看看？不知道还要等多久ecopr，目前是在Calgary办公室的。大家有相似的时间线吗？

看这个邮件的描述是副申请人需要等到主申请人拿到copr之后才能邮寄护照。我们上周五有收到一个7月17日上传照片的copr，也是卡尔加里办公室的，估计楼主的copr也快来了。

Calgary办公室的处理时间 仍然可以。
