今天收到移民局的信：
Proof of Relationship: Please provide your Hukou (household registry) as proof of relationship to your sponsor. If your current Hukou does not list your sponsor, please provide an older version of the Hukou that they were registered on. Alternatively, you may submit a notarized copy of your sponsor's original Medical Certificate of Birth issued by the Ministry of Health of the People's Republic of China. NOTE: A notarial certificates of birth, relationship or kinship are not acceptable as proof of relationship.
求问 我因为上学问题 我的户口不跟我爸妈在一起 （跟我爷爷奶奶在一起），我也不确定去哪找旧版本的户口簿能证明这个。
另外关于这个Medical Certificate of Birth， 听说是只有96年之后出生的才有，我是之前出生的，之前已经提交了我的出生证明，但是看这说明估计那个不能证明我与我父母的关系。
请问大神 我应该提交什么材料来证明我与我父母的关系呢？ 万分感谢

还是优先考虑要求的材料，如果实在没有，就尽可能提供这个level的材料配合解释说明。 比如派出所、户籍办、街道等各种辅助材料。

谢谢您的回复。如果实在没有旧的户口迁出证明（30多年前的了）我递交我父母的户口公证，我自己的户口公证，我的出生证明公证（非 medical certificate of birth，以前其实交过了）和解释信来说明为什么我没跟他们户口在一起 可以吗？
