7. IMM5669 - Schedule A/Background Declaration
8. IMM5406 - Additional Family Information
9. IMM5562 - Suplementary Information - your travel
（没有同居也没有在军队服役，所以其他不需要)
除此以外还需要提供父母的:
1. medical exam - 体检
2. police certificate - 无犯罪证明
3. biometrics - 指纹 + 照片
