申请桥梁工签，顺带配偶一起申请配偶工签，遇到的问题，想请教下各位大神。
1. Are you a spouse, common-law partner or dependent child of a person who:
> Holds a Work Permit for a job in National Occupation Classification 0, A, B;
> Holds a Study permit and is a full-time student at a university, community college, CEGEP, or other authorized educational institution;
> Holds a Temporary Resident Permit that is valid for six months or more;
> Applied for Permanent Residence to an office in Canada and was determined to be eligible for Permanent Residence status (first stage approval)
> Is subject of a removal order that is unenforceable
作为主申请人，带配偶一起申请ee，拿到aor，现在申请桥梁工签，那么这个问题应该是回答YES 还是 NO 呢？
如果回答YES 的话，以下2个问题，没有出现。似乎只有回答 NO , 才会出现。
Have you been told by an immigration, Refugees and Citizenship Canada office that you are approved in principle for Permanent Residence in Canada?
Have you submitted a permanent resident application in Canada?
2. Are you accompanying a family member who has status in Canada?
配偶作为副申请，应该是accompany 我一起，那么这个问题是回答 YES 还是 NO 呢？

我是主申请人，配偶作为副申请，那么我该回答 YES 还是 NO 呢？毕竟主申请不能算是accompany吧。
另外，还有一个问题。document checklist里面有一个表格IMM 5713e。如果孩子不一起申请，需要填她的信息在里面吗？
