我查了下Status通知，我的通知是 We received your application to sponsor xxxxxxxx on September 4, 2012. We sent you a letter on October 30, 2012 about the decision on your application. Please consider delays in mail delivery before contacting us. 可是很多人是We received your application to sponsor on September 10, 2008. We started processing your application on May 24, 2012. We sent you a letter on May 24, 2012 about the decision on your application. Please consider delays in mail delivery before contacting us.我没有中间那句话怎么回事？被拒了吗，还是需要补材料？而且他说给我寄给我信，我20多天都没收到啊。
