就是这个选则： Do you wish to have the application for permanent residence of the person you are sponsoring processed at the visa office responsible for this country? Yes -No - The application will be processed at the visa office responsible for the country of which the person you are sponsoring is a national. 谢谢，我这个选项选了Yes，听朋友说应该选No, 但是看了说明之后感觉问题不大，现在心里很慌，不知道到底会不会有影响，我父母住在上海，我希望他们去北京办理，表格上的地址我填了上海的地址。非常感谢朋友们帮忙
