入籍申请（Toronto）：2015.03.23 签收 超赞 赏 gaoshouzaina 0$(VIP 0) 2,9372015-04-04#9 目前最新C-24入籍政策下列说法正确吗？要求入籍申请者在申请前的6年内必须住满4年外,并要求这4年中每年在加拿大居住至少183天？例如：某人可能会在申请前的6年中的前2年在加拿大，中间连续1.5年在国内，而剩下的2.5年在加国，并且每年都报税，请问这种情况能不能在新法下入籍？请大家帮助分析一下。我找到了C-24法案的部分相关原文：3. (1) Paragraphs 5(1)(c) to (e) of the Act are replaced by the following:(c) is a permanent resident within the meaning of subsection 2(1) of the Immigration and Refugee Protection Act, has, subject to the regulations, no unfulfilled conditions under that Act relating to his or her status as a permanent resident and has, since becoming a permanent resident,(i) been physically present in Canada for at least 1,460 days during the six years immediately before the date of his or her application,(ii) been physically present in Canada for at least 183 days during each of four calendar years that are fully or partially within the six years immediately before the date of his or her application, and(iii) met any applicable requirement under theIncome Tax Act to file a return of income in respect of four taxation years that are fully or partially within the six years immediately before the date of his or her application;
