To begin onboarding, the CBSA encourages all air carriers to contact us as soon as possible.自此以后应该算是关闭了一个大漏洞。而且应该在续卡，入籍等等方面的居住时间证明简化了不少。注：有人会说出境管控早就施行了。但是以前实施的是陆地出境管控。坐飞机离开的，到现在才收集信息。
