我是让中介办理的手续，email地址是中介的email邮箱我是10月26的QFN，我让中介发了很多次信件查询进度，中介都说是没有恢复，我觉得肯定有问题。我就用自己的邮箱去信问，大使馆不给我查，说是我的邮件没有注册，只能自己申请修改邮箱地址，或是增加一个邮箱地址。我觉得这个方法可行，可是中介不给我增加，前些日子还去中介签了个代理的授权的文件。我的中介是诚英达，在天津。我不知道能不能自己去增加个信箱（不想修改，因为涉及中介费），不知道可以不可以，如何做？1。可以不可以2。怎么写？英语/法语？都要写些什么，有没有模板？3。寄到哪里？4。用快递？还是平信？还是传真？这是大使馆的回复Bonjour, We regret that the above email address was not registered in oursystem. To protect the personal information of the applicant, we must becautious in responding to inquiries through emails. If an applicantwishes to change or add an email address, it must be made in writing andsent by mail to us. The same must be done for any change in personalinformation, address, or representative. The applicant must signhis/her request and include the full name, date of birth, and filereference number, if any. Your understanding is much appreciated.
