Dear Ma Xiaolu:Thank you for your enquiry regarding your application for permanent residence under the Federal Skilled Worker category. Unfortunately, at this time it will take longer to process Federal Skilled Worker applications submitted under the first set of Ministerial Instructions (between February 27, 2008 and June 25, 2010) than originally projected. This is due to the fact that the volume of applications received during this time was much higher than anticipated. With the introduction of the cap on submissions under the second set of Ministerial Instructions (effective June 26, 2010), the intake of new Federal Skilled Worker applications has been limited to better match the number that can be processed within the annual immigration levels plan tabled in Parliament. 回复: 问题严重了！ 使馆回信说626优先！227及91的还要等！加拿大中国移民人数30717人 居各国移民第三位据加拿大《明报》报道，加拿大中国移民人数在2009年首度输给印度，将“移民最大来源国”的头衔让了出来。而根据最新统计，2010年“移民最大来源国”前三位又“洗牌”了。2009年居第三位的菲律宾，已直接超越中国及印度，跃居2010年“移民最大来源国”的第一位，而中国则落到第三位。　　根据加拿大移民部21日公布2010年全年移民签证及申请统计，2010年对菲律宾核发的移民签证，从2009年29,093人，狂增39%至40,482人，成为年度“移民最大来源国”。第二位的印度则有33,121人，较前一年30,043人增加4%。第三位的中国2010年有30,717人，较前一年30,043增加2%，是排名前三位国家当中，移民签证总数增幅最少的。　　印度曾是2009年“移民最大来源国”第一位，当时还引起移民小区热烈讨论，对世界人口第一的中国输掉“移民最大来源国”头衔，表示难以置信。然而，印度的“冠军宝座”也只坐一年，就被原来排名第三的菲律宾超越。　　与2009年前三名国家，人数相距不过1000人左右情况不同的是，这次，菲律宾移民是以40,482人“遥遥领先”第二位的印度7000多人，更比中国移民多出接近10000人。　　前十大来源国家中，也有国家获核发移民签证数呈现锐减。其中减少最多的是英国公民(British Citizen)，减少24%，而美国也减少19%，巴基斯坦则减少15%。
