申请费的要求里有如下一句话。http://www.canadainternational.gc.ca/china-chine/visas/beijing-pekin/fees-frais.aspx?lang=eng&view=dNOTE FOR FEDERAL SKILLED WORKER APPLICANTS If you are applying as a Federal Skilled Worker please note that you must submit your application and processing fees to the Centralized Intake Office in Sydney, Nova Scotia, Canada. Please do NOT submit your application and processing fees to the Canadian Embassy in Beijing, as they will be returned to you.
