06年底简表递HK07年5月16日FN VO LCY11年再考YS，自评67分S2 快来吧 超赞 赏 B beifeng1995 0$(VIP 0) 1,2382012-01-30#5 回复: 起诉的进展[FONT=宋体]我之所以认为这是个好消息是因为:[/FONT] 1、 [FONT=宋体]法院正积极推进这个案子，“给一个积极的时间表，尽快达到[/FONT]LEAVE STAGE[FONT=宋体]”[/FONT][FONT=宋体][/FONT] [FONT=宋体]但别问我什么是[/FONT]LEAVE STAGE[FONT=宋体]，呵呵[/FONT] 2、 [FONT=宋体]当确认了[/FONT]SELECTED CASES[FONT=宋体]后，如何处理[/FONT]SELECTED CASES [FONT=宋体]将应用于[/FONT]COMMON CASES[FONT=宋体]，所有案子[/FONT]3、 [FONT=宋体]此前有过一次[/FONT]CIC[FONT=宋体]、律师、法院的会议，那个会议上，[/FONT]CIC[FONT=宋体]不同意和解，律师曾表示失望。而现在的法院新指令，大大推进了案件的进展[/FONT][FONT=宋体]所以律师乐观地认为:今夏法院就可能组织HEARING，这是听证会吧？[/FONT] [FONT=宋体]我不确认[/FONT]2[FONT=宋体]月[/FONT]7[FONT=宋体]日[/FONT][FONT=宋体]的结果，我欣慰的是，法院正积极工作，并没有站在[/FONT]CIC[FONT=宋体]一边[/FONT]

2013年加拿大，我来了。 超赞 赏 cmq 0$(VIP 0) 722012-02-02#7 回复: 起诉的进展哪个法院都会做姿态的，中国的也一样。最终的判决结果才是真的呀。再说在中国赢了官司亏诉讼费的也有的是。看到结果才是真的。
