2011年12月递交的材料，当时是把雅思考试复印件递交上去的，同时让雅思官网邮递过去的，在2012年2月1号回信（见第一个图片），意思是说我雅思成绩单没有和申请表一块去，我加到信后，就把雅思成绩单原件邮过去（2月20号左右），3月8号又回信说没有一块递交，让重新递交，但是我现在没有收到当时递交的那些材料，同时说建议找中介，我把来信附于后面（见图片第二、第三），下午打电话咨询中介，中介说是再等等到时候他们会把材料再寄回来，现在可能还没有寄到。我现在主要有以下几个问题:1、这次是因为雅思成绩单没有和申请表一块而被退料的吗？原来的材料会回来吗？2、如果材料不回来的话，我可以把备份的材料和成绩单一块寄过去吗？这样算不算重复呢？3、我需要找中介吗？4、从第二封信里面，大家还可以读到什么信息呢？我还缺少别的什么材料吗？5、从第二封信看出说是在1月30号把attachments都退回来了，但是之后又说，材料退回之后不负责查询，所有责任属于邮递公司，这边信件签收单位是马连道签收，我需要找邮局咨询一下吗？谢谢大家！

回复: 散币求帮助！看看我从EG7000里找出的几句原话：You must submit original language test results from a designated testing agency to the CIO with your application. Other evidence in writing will not be accepted as evidence of language proficiency.Applicants are permitted to submit a copy of their language test results with a new application only if the original test results were submitted with a previous Federal Skilled Worker application and were not returned to the applicant. All copies of language test results must be accompanied by a photocopy of the refusal letter from CIC and an explanation that CIC retained and currently holds the original.Note.Do not request that your (IELTS General Training, CELPIP - General or TEF) language test result be sent directly to the CIO. Submit your original language proficiency test results with your complete application to the CIO.不好好读Guide的教训啊
