In order for us to process your refund please follow these instructions: [FONT='Calibri','sans-serif']Since you have provided a mailing address within China on your “Return of Processing Fee, Right of Permanent Residence Fee or Right of Landing Fee” form, to ensure delivery of your cheque you will need to provide us withyour translated mailing address in both English and Chinese characters either electronically via email, included in the body of the email, or on printed mailing labels (2 copies of each English and Chinese mailing addresses) sent via mail.Completed “Return of Processing Fee, Right of Permanent Residence Fee or Right of Landing Fee” form and translated Chinese/English mailing addresses, if applicable, can be submitted either by:1)E-MAIL (CIC preferred method) to:[email protected] or2) Citizenship and Immigration CanadaP.O.
