我是加拿大大学毕业在这边工作也有1年了，现在在申请CEC移民，准备自己DIY,然后自己和公司一起起草了一份雇主信，不知道这样写可以了么？想请有经验的朋友帮忙看看，谢谢.. March 14th, 2012 RespectedSir/Madam, Re: EmploymentReference Letter for XXXX Operations Specialist (NOC 2282) Please accept this letter as confirmation that XXXX has been employed with e-academy Inc. since September20, 2010. He is employed in a permanent, full-time position as an OperationsSpecialist, Product Support. Mr. XX works 37.5 hours per week andis currently earning $XXXX per annum. In addition to his base salary, XXXX receives 21 days of paid vacationper year and is enrolled in our group benefit plan which includes: health, dental and disability benefits. Key Areas of Responsibility Include: ・ Design, implementation and maintenance of publisher and client catalogues and offerings on their webstores ・ Responsible for ensuring that any technical solution to the requests of e-academy’sclients are comprehensive, realistic, cost-effective and sustainable ・ Responsible for publisher and client technical and software related requests created and maintained in theOnTime Request Management system ・ Providing technical support for publishers, partners and external and internalclients, including anticipating customer needs, suggesting alternatives and problemsolving (Second-level support) ・ Monitoring and analyzing publisher and client software/license key management activities within e-academy (i.e. receiving, manipulating, publishing anddocumentation related to the handling of publisher and client software packages). ・ Coordination/implementation of quality assurance of new product/webstore deployment ・ Keeping colleagues and management informed on e-academy’s customer satisfaction ・ Managing customer expectations to prevent missed deadlines or overload ・ Assisting the team members in various technical activities ・ Other duties as assigned Shouldyou require additional information, please feel free to contact me.
