请大家帮帮忙，看看这美国签证是什么意思？Today you were issued a non-immigrant visa to the visit the United States. When you return from your trip, please come to the U.S.Consulate any business day between 8:30 and 11:00am with this letter and your passport. It is very important that you return personally; you may not send somebody in your place.谢谢大家！
