I was told to reschedule but I can’t schedule a new appointment because my MRV fee has been used. What should I do? MRV fees are valid for 1 year from date of purchase. If you need to reschedule your appointment because you did not attend your scheduled interview, please click on the "Contact Us" option at the top of the screen and provide us with an explanation of why you were turned away, the passport number, the legal name in the passport and the MRV fee receipt number for all applicants needing to reschedule. The Contact Desk Support Team will research your issue and reschedule to you as soon as they have the information to assist you.
