我去年10申请父母探亲，但是被拒了。现在想REQUEST CAIPS找出具体原因，但是FILE NUMBER一直就找不到。那被拒信也丢掉了。想问一下有没有什么办法能查到FILE NUMBER。我也EMAIL给北京大使馆，他们告诉我FILE已经关闭了，不能再提供给我。 希望哪个好心人给提供一下其他方法。谢谢了 Dear XXXX, Please be advised that once the file is close, our office cannot provide futher information regarding to the application.
