加拿大华人论坛 加拿大留学移民关于申请风叶卡的问题

在加拿大

我们在加拿大没有固定的地址如果不在入境的时候申请风叶卡，等找到固定地址再申请风叶卡，时间上会差很多吗？其他方面会不会有什么不方便的地方？另外是不是只有拿到了风叶卡，才可以办理其他的手续，如医疗保险啦，sin卡之类的！！谢谢！！
