New Public HoursEffective September 25, 2006: Visa Section’s new public hours: Monday thru Thursday; Closed Friday.1) We are open to the public for in-person submission of Temporary Resident Visa, Study Permit, Travel Document and Temporary Worker applications on Monday to Thursday morning from 8:00 a.m. to 11:30 a.m., except public holidays. Service is provided on a first-come, first-served basis. No appointment is necessary.Monday to Thursday08:00 a.m. to 11:30 a.m. FridayClosed2) We are open to people invited to collect Permanent Resident Visas (Principal Applicant only) during the following hoursMonday to Thursday01:15 p.m. to 02:00 p.m. FridayClosed3) We are open to couriers for deliveries during the following hours:Monday to Thursday02:00 p.m. to 03:00 p.m. FridayClosed
