加拿大华人论坛 加拿大留学移民体检后要八星期才能知道结果？

签证中心给的信函里说，体检后八星期他们才能知道结果，不能加急等。要等这么长时间吗?不是十天吗？谢谢！

回复: 体检后要八星期才能知道结果？体检当天诊所会告诉你是否有问题。然后会把结果寄给使馆的医官审核，如果需要复检，使馆会另行通知你。一般体检后半年给签证，所以，10天收到或8周收到的结果是一样的。

So, 8 - 10 weeks sound about right. Your doctor should tell you everything he/she knew on the spot, except for the result of some blood test work that may take longer. It didn't take me 6 months. But I live in the US so it might be different. Good luck.
