http://www.bookyourroadtest.com/terms-and-conditions我在这个网站帮老婆预约，感觉和自己以前预约不一样但我以为只是改版了，收费120以为是提价了，但预约完觉得不对，就又重新GOOGLE，发现这个不是 MOT的啊，后来在MOT预约成功也交了钱，晕，但那个网站也已经提交payment，这个是个什么情况，有知道的么，非常感谢！

However we need 5 clear full working days notice before the test to enable a cancellation of the booking without forfitting the full amount. Resceduling is free of charge however cancellation without our fault will be charged upto $20 administration fee depending on the nature of the cancellation. If the Test date has been booked the contract has begun with the consumer’s agreement before the end of the cancellation period applicable under regulation 12 of The Consumer Protection (Distance Selling) Regulations 2000 therefore the cancellation fee applies. A $20 administration fee is payable on all our services in the event of any cancellation or refund given20$ 是没了。

这个的买卖是合法的，信用卡公司不会因此给你停付，不过你也可以试试看。他们非常狡诈的把条款和收费都放在第一页大字写出来了。没辙
